This 3-story house plan offers elegant comfort and convenience. A charming facade of siding and stone is reminiscent of a European home.
The covered stone entry welcomes family and friends with warmth and shelter from the elements. A soaring 2-story foyer leads you to a spectacular grand room with a wall of windows and doors that lead onto an expansive veranda. A stacked stone fireplace is the centerpiece of this beautiful room that is crowned with a coffered ceiling.
Formal and informal dining may be enjoyed on either side of a gourmet kitchen that is perfect for all types of entertaining.
The master suite is fit for a king! A sitting room enjoys a corner fireplace. The resort style spa bath has dual vanities and his and hers walk-in closets. Special features are a lovely porch and an additional "master retreat" room large enough for exercise equipment or an office.
Two additional bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath complete the second floor.
The roof top level with a covered veranda boasts a large play area as well as a flex space for an office or bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bath, all with 8' ceilings.
Added Bonus: Get more room to play or socialize with the terrace level which has a recreation room with a fireplace that walks out to a covered patio. Also on this level is an optional bedroom and bath as well as ample storage space and a 2-car garage.
The maximum ridge height from the ground level is 44'11".
