Plan Details
  • This 5-bed contemporary house plan gives you 4,492 square feet of heated living space with covered outdoor space - 595 square feet on the main floor and 454 square feet on the second level - on both floor.
  • Enter through the foyer and you are captivated by the views that extend all the way through the home to the collapsible wall in back which opens to the covered lanai, giving you the best of indoor/outdoor living. A study to your left makes a great work-from-home space while the utilities and a half bath are tucked away to the right.
  • Continue into an open space that includes the living, dining room, and kitchen with a roomy walk-in pantry. The island has a double sink and space for casual seating.
  • The left side houses the master suite with an ensuite bathroom and outdoor access. At the rear of the home, a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace leads to the detached garage.
  • Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - one of which is accessible from the lanai - a second laundry room, and a loft with lanai access.
  • NOTE: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

This is done because our slab plan cannot anticipate the variations in soil, footings and other conditions per your specific site. We provide the design of the roof as well, however, the truss layouts need to be provided by a truss engineer or your lumber company. Your builder can provide these contacts for you. Please keep in mind that these are additional expenses outside of the cost of the original plan that you purchase from us.
What's Not Included
