This 362 square foot poolhouse gives you 362 square feet of covered space and makes the perfect space to unwind and entertain when not in the pool.
In front, a 193 square foot covered patio with an exposed beam ceiling provides shelter from the sun in style. Two sliding barn doors open to get you inside where you'll find an open space to relax in and a well-appointed wet bar space with built-in cabinets, a sink and refrigerator.
The bulk of the pool house is a spacious open area that provides a comfortable spot to relax in.
