This 2,459 square foot rustic farmhouse plan gives you 4 beds, 3.5 baths and has a board and batten exterior with wood timbers supporting the metal shed roof over the front porch. Two gables flank the French door entryway and give the home a great balanced look.
A fireplace in the lodge room is visible from behind the 4' by 8' kitchen island. The ceiling is open to above creating a great space to enjoy.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a formal dining room has windows that look out the front. Take your meals outside on the back porch which is accessible through three sets of double doors. A home office is on the other side of the foyer and a powder room is conveniently located nearby.
